Niki loves working on tattoos of a variety of subjects and is delighted by new ideas. She especially enjoys designing tattoos including, but not limited to, big bold pieces that work with and compliment specific parts of the body, adaption of original prints and art pieces, high contrast black pieces with emphasis on negative space, skulls, bugs, abstract designs, flowers, plants and anatomical subjects. She also totally adores friendship tattoos.
Niki’s artistic influences range from traditional tattooing to urban art including skateboard art and graffiti to art nouveau, botanical/ anatomical prints and stained glass windows
Hailing from Dayton, Ohio, her artistic career includes comic booking, painting, guerilla art, and design/illustration work for writers, bands, friends, and awesome non-profit organizations.
To distract herself from drawing, Niki also enjoys bicycling faster than the speed of light, baking cookies, river sitting, tree staring, sea otter obsessing, kitty loving, rock and roll record listening, making messes for art’s sake, practicing secret ninja skills, and talking about Ohio.
