Dustin Ranck has been tattooing professionally for over fourteen years.
He possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience of the history, method,
and mechanics of tattooing, and his work reflects a mastery over both the
creative and technical sides of the tattoo business. He founded Icon in 1999
on the principles of creativity, good customer service, and scrupulous attention
to client health and safety.
His tattoo work fuses elements of traditional Japanese and American tattooing
with his own completely unique style. He brings to each tattoo the passion,
integrity, and skill that have earned him a loyal clientele since the beginning
of his time in Portland. He designs tattoos to complement the individual's style
